1. Return Period
You have the right to return the weight loss tea within 14 days of receiving the goods. The period begins on the day the order is delivered to you.

In order for us to accept your return, the following conditions must be met:

• Unopened Packaging: The weight loss tea must be in its original, unopened, and undamaged packaging. For hygienic reasons, opened or damaged products cannot be accepted for return.
• Undamaged Product: The product must not be damaged or soiled.

3. Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not cover the return shipping fees. You are responsible for proper packaging and safe shipping.

4. How to Request a Return

• Receiving the Return Label: Once we have reviewed your return request, we will send you a return label via email. Please note that the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
• Packaging the Return: Pack the weight loss tea securely to prevent damage during shipping. It is best to use the original packaging.
• Returning the Product: Bring the package with the return label to a shipping service provider of your choice.

5. Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original payment method. Please note that the refund process may take up to 7-14 business days.
